This is the pic for last week pastry class..first we have to melt the sugar and glucose till 145 celcius and add in few drops of Tartaric acid..because of the stupid sugar get hardened so fast..it takes very long time to re-melt and shapping and re-melt and shapping for like 30-40 time..and finger got burned by the fire and light and of course the melted sugar also..zzzz..so there goes the sugar rose lol
